Complaints

We understand that we may not always get everything right and, by telling us about the problem you have encountered, we will be able to improve our services and patient experience.

If you are unhappy about your treatment and care and would like to complain this can be done verbally or in writing. 

If you would like to speak to someone you can ask at the desk or via an online form to speak to one of our operations managers Anna Matlali or Sarah Delahoy, this may need to be booked as an appointment depending on their availability. 

You can complain in writing by sending a letter in the post, via reception or via the website (if you send a form in letting us know you'd like to reply we can reply with a link that you can attach a document to).
